Foods You Should Avoid on the Paleo Diet
Here are foods you should avoid when on the 30-day paleo diet:
Highly processed foods such as cereals, tinned vegetables, soft drinks, cakes, and cheese.
Trans fats: Found in crackers, cookies, frozen pies, frozen pizzas, biscuits, coffee creamer margarine, and various processed foods.
Legumes such as beans and lentils
Artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, cyclamates, aspartame, saccharin, acesulfame potassium.
Grains such as pasta, bread, wheat, rye, barley, etc.
